摘要:【目的】探索適用于羅氏沼蝦苗種培育的工廠化循環水處理模式,為提高羅氏沼蝦苗種生產效益提供技術支撐,以促進羅氏沼蝦養殖業的可持續發展?!痉椒ā繎米孕性O計與裝配的簡裝循環水處理系統對羅氏沼蝦育苗廢水進行處理再利用試驗,以總氨氮(TAN)、亞硝態氮(NO2--N)、化學需氧量(COD)、pH等水質指標及細菌、弧菌數量對羅氏沼蝦育苗廢水的處理效果進行評價?!窘Y果】在育苗早期,簡裝循環水處理系統處理羅氏沼蝦育苗廢水的效果不明顯,但至育苗后期,其育苗池的各項水質指標均極顯著低于靠換水的對照組育苗池(P<0.01),水體pH 8.12~8.14,TAN含量(約0.400 mg/L)僅為對照組的22.1%,NO2--N含量終維持在0.265 mg/L,僅為對照組的56.5%,COD含量維持在11.000 mg/L左右。在整個育苗期間,采用簡裝循環水處理系統育苗池的細菌與弧菌總量分別為21000和2個/mL,均處于安全范圍之內。經21 d育苗運轉,4口育苗池均獲得30%的出苗率,且羅氏沼蝦幼體活性及體色方面無明顯差異,但試驗組總用水量僅為對照組的50%?!窘Y論】簡裝循環水處理系統可有效處理羅氏沼蝦育苗廢水,將育苗池主要水質指標均控制在幼體發育變態的合適范圍內,既能提高育苗用水的循環利用效率,又可減少育苗廢水外排對環境造成的污染。

Effect of recirculating water treatment system on wastewater in breeding pond of Macrobrachium rosenbargii larvae

Abstract:【Objective】The industrial recirculating water treatment mode suitable for breeding Macrobrachium rosenbargii larvae, in order to provide references for improving breeding benefit of M. rosenbargii larvae and promoting sustainable development of M. rosenbargii aquaculture. 【Method】The self-designed and assembled recirculating water treatment system was used to treat and recycle wastewater in breeding pond of M. rosenbargii larvae. And in production test, the water quality indexes viz., total ammonia nitrogen (TAN), nitrite nitrogen (NO2--N), chemical oxygen demand(COD), pH, and quantities of bacteria and vibrio were determined. Then treatment effect of recirculating water system on wastewater in breeding pond of M. rosenbargii larvae were evaluated. 【Result】The results showed that, at the early breeding stage, the treatment effect of recirculating water system on wastewater in breeding pond of M. rosenbargii larvae was not obvious; at the late breeding stage, all water quality indexes of treatment group were extremely significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.01), and pH was 8.12-8.14, TAN content was about 0.400 mg/L, and only 22.1% of that of control group, NO2--N content was about 0.265 mg/L, and only 56.5% of that of control group, COD content maintained at around 11.000 mg/L. Furthermore, during all breeding periods, the quantities of bacteria and vibrio were 21000 and 2 strains/mL, respectively, which remained within safety range. After breeding operation of 21 d, four breeding ponds had hatching rate of 30%, with no significant difference in larvae activity and color. But, the overall water consumption of treatment group was only 50% of that of control group. 【Conclusion】The simple recirculating water system can treat effectively wastewater in breeding pond of M. rosenbargii larvae, therefore, the main water quality indexes are controlled within an appropriate range, so as to improve efficiency of water utilization and decrease environmental pollution caused by effluent discharge from breeding pond.
