尊重自我的單位。一個人的工作單位，都是他的背景和依托。如果不尊重自我所在的單位，就等于不承認自我得以存在的基礎，也就是不尊重自我。尊重自我的專業，不要糟蹋自我的專業，自賤自我的專業。除加強業務學習提高專業技術水平外，工作中鄭重其事，認真對待，嚴格按照專業技術操作規范操作，贏得患者的信賴。

說實話，四天時間不可能對一個崗位進行徹底的觀察，更別提服務是一個新興出現的名詞，是一個很多學者研究的新方向，要學的東西實在太多。所以，以下只是我個人笨拙的見解和感想。
首先，我覺得服務必須要有它針對的人群，服務需要隨著針對的人群不一樣而有所變化。比如我們零售行業，因為我們要服務的人不僅僅數量多，并且各方面都參差不齊，所以，服務必須有重點，團購必須針對購買力強且有這方面需求的事業單位、團體及個人，給他們供給特殊的服務。平時促銷活動要有相關的主題，要了解這個主題對服務提出的要求。

2、服務臺人員有時候遇到問題不明白如何處理，導致顧客在服務臺前久等，甚至造成有些顧客不耐煩
應對策略：對開發票、退換貨、打包、存包、辦理會員卡及其卡片管理、辦理儲值卡及其卡片管理、促銷支持等這些服務臺經常性、簡單的工作進行一個流程化的管理。也就是說，把這些工作具體化，一項工作一個流程，如辦理會員卡及會員卡管理你只要按照流程去做就能夠了。流程制定后，分發到每個人手里學習，所有人都必須遵守，不得擅自違反。
3、服務臺工作人員多的時候，有些人不明白自我該干嘛，于是站在服務臺里面望著工作的人手忙腳亂。
應對策略：不論是新手或者老手，都必須要有自我的職責，要有明確的分工，今日你做什么，在人多的時候就必須做什么，不得這個工作做一下，那個工作做一下，最終導致工作效率低下，而讓顧客在服務臺前活受罪。當然，人少的時候能夠讓員工去學習那些自我不太熟悉的工作
二、新手較多，且都不太了解自我的工作
應對策略：每項工作在新員工進來之時就必須先制定好一個完整的工作流程手冊，并分發給他們。在她們上任之初，需要給他們供給一次簡單的培訓，培訓完畢，再給他們一個固定的崗位。以后，慢慢再對他們輪崗，直至他們熟悉服務臺工作的所有流程。(ps：要用人所長，新手同樣也有他們自我的長處，如有些人打字較快，能夠先分配到開發票的崗位，有些人善于溝通，能夠先放到處理顧客糾紛的崗位，這樣不僅僅能夠增進他們對工作的信心，同樣也能夠起到更快投入工作的作用)
三、服務沒有針對性。我看到服務臺對所有的顧客都只是做了一個簡單的登記，沒有挖掘一些有效信息進而對一些有特殊需求的人供給有針對性的增值服務
應對策略：對于大宗購買或者一些有購買實力的顧客，要做好跟蹤工作，并從數據中挖掘他們的喜好，針對他們的`喜好供給一些公司具有特色性的服務
四、也是最終一點，就是服務質量問題，我覺得作為零售行業與顧客對話窗口的服務臺，要做的不僅僅是滿足顧客需求，還要看到顧客潛在的需求，不只是要到達顧客期望，還要超出顧客的預期。
應對策略：能夠在網上開辟一個新百園地bbs，顧客在論壇里能夠暢所欲言——能夠交流購物心得，也能夠談自我對新百的期望，還能夠談公司需要改善的缺點，公司要做的只是引導他們說真心話;不時進行一次問卷調查，對自我的服務隨時進行監督、改善;讓員工隔段時間當一回顧客，去體驗一下自我服務存在的缺點。

在為期兩個月的暑假里，我參與了上?？萍拣^志愿者活動，經過此次志愿者活動，我有了一次對于社會工作全新的認識，是志愿服務給了我這個最好的鍛煉機會和實踐舞臺。
雖然僅有短短幾天，但我確從中受益匪淺，不僅僅是知識面的擴充;我參與活動期間，每一天都與形形色色的人群接觸，每一次真誠的問候，每一個熱心的舉動換來的是他人發自內心的感激，這使我對奉獻過程中得到的歡樂感受更加深刻。
整個工作過程中，我們所代表的其實并不是個人，而是我們奉賢上海商學院的聲譽。所以做得越好那么這所學校，這個系給他人的映像也就越好。我對每個人都懷有一顆在微笑著的心，衣著整齊的做自我的工作，在他人需要時及時給予他們幫忙。我覺得這才應當是我們大學生應當具備的精神面貌與道德品質。
要成為一個出色的志愿者，就要在各個方面要求自我嚴格一點。雖然有的時候在工作中有所松懈，可是惟獨在工作中成長起來，才能磨礪出一個成功的自我。短短幾年的時光過后，我就要踏進社會，從事工作。從每一次的志愿者工作中逐漸地積累起今后所必須的社會經驗和閱歷，是我此刻所需要的。做志愿者就好像是一個工作崗位的小型平臺，真正全身心投入地去工作，因為我們每一個志愿者都明白，此時此刻我們需要的，是社會經驗與公共關系。
時代在變、環境在變，銀行的工作也在時時變化著，每一天都有新的東西出現、新的情景發生，這都需要我們跟緊形勢努力改變自我，更好地規劃自我的職業生涯，學習新的知識，掌握新的技巧，適應周圍環境的變化，作為服務行業，商業銀行除了出售自我的有形產品外，還要出售無形產品——服務，銀行的各項經營目標需要經過供給優質的服務來實現。銀行的服務工作需要我們不僅僅要有對工作的滿腔熱忱，更要有一顆追求完美的心。其實客戶，就是我們每一天都要應對的“考官”。
作為一名銀行柜臺工作人員，應當能清醒地認識到服務的重要性，尤其在現今銀行業競爭日趨激烈的大環境下，服務更是從某種方面體現了銀行的軟實力與競爭力?！胺铡?，看似平凡的兩個字，卻蘊含著豐富的內涵和價值，工作中，我們能夠簡單而方便的將“服務”兩個字掛在嘴邊，而現實中，我們卻也心酸的明白，要做好服務工作不是一件容易的事，更不是一朝一夕能夠筑就完美的。
不一樣客戶在不一樣情景下的不一樣需求，并學會經過察言觀色的方法來辨別這些需求，并根據客戶類型的差異，為不一樣類型的客戶供給不一樣類型的服務。服務要注重細節，要讓顧客覺得，我們的一言一行，一舉一動，都是和用心的在為他們服務，我們要善于觀察客戶，理解客戶，對客戶的言行要多揣摩，要想客戶之所想，急客戶之所急。并且要持之以恒地做好沒一個細節。不要總是抱怨客戶對你的態度，客戶對你的態度，實際就是你自身言行的一面鏡子，不要總挑剔鏡子的不好，而是應更多地反省鏡子里的那個人哪里不夠好，哪里又需要改善。
經過幾個月的工作，使我明白了有效的溝通要以誠為先，從心開始，要用心和客戶交流，才能贏得客戶的心。概括起來說就是：態度決定一切。細節決定成敗。微笑改變命運。文化鑄就品牌。溝通從心開始。有禮走遍天下。服務創造未來。
此刻許多行業都在提倡微笑服務，于是許多人不明白微笑的真正含義，微笑并不像點鈔或者打算盤那樣能夠練得出來，微笑不是一種職業化的笑臉，而是一種情緒，也能夠說是一種氣質的流露，是微笑著進取的人生態度的表現，使他們充盈的內心世界真實、自然地流露。
一則印度諺語說：播種一種思想，收獲一種行為;播種一種行為，收獲一種習慣;播種一種習慣，收獲一種品格;播種一種品格，收獲一種命運。所以我們提倡的令人信賴的服務質量，令人贊許的服務效率，令人滿意的服務態度，絕不是一種表面的東西，它應當是我們播種的思想所收獲的行為，并成為我們每一位銀行員工所具備的習慣和品格，這不僅僅是我們的服務理念，更應當成為我們的生活準則，僅有這樣，我們才能從容地綻放出發自內心的微笑。
“孩子、OK、錢、唱歌”伴著一遍遍練習微笑的節奏，我們這期的服務禮儀培訓也已結束，帶著“聽進去、做出來、傳下去”的宗旨，讓我對這次培訓頗有感觸。
我進一步認識到加強禮貌禮儀的重要性和必要性，理清了以往對于禮貌禮儀的膚淺認識和模糊觀念。服務禮儀是指服務行業的從業人員應具備的基本素質和應遵守的行為規范，是服務人員在工作崗位上，經過言談、舉止、行為等，對自我所服務的對象表示尊重和友好的行為規范和慣例。簡單地說，就是服務人員在工作場適宜用的禮儀規范和工作藝術。服務禮儀是體現服務的具體過程和手段，使無形的服務有形化、規范化、系統化。良好的禮儀能夠贏得陌生人的友善，贏得朋友的關心，贏得同事的尊重。
學習服務禮儀，其實是會讓人受益終身的一件事情。因為沒有哪一項工作是不需要接觸外界的，也沒有哪一份職業是不用和人打交道的。每當我看見或得到文雅得體的禮儀時，心中就會有敬重的感覺。經過學習，明白了禮儀是一個人綜合素質的體現，是一個人內在素質與儀表特點的和諧之美、綜合之美、完善之美，更代表一種深刻的道德指引。
任何學習都不能是走過場，只要用心，任何學習都會有所收獲。學習也不是單純理論知識的積累，更是要運用到工作實踐中去。如果說原本我還很自信自我一向做得都還算不錯的話，經過學習我才明白什么是差距。差距不僅僅體此刻理論高度的欠缺，更多的`還是體此刻日常工作中的不足。
查找自已平時的工作我感覺有很多地方都做得不夠到位，工作中有多少微笑的面孔是源于內心，有多少禮貌的用語是發自肺腑，有多少回能夠把過往的用戶當作自我的親人去看待。僅僅是為了應付領導的檢查而格式化的去進行，而這些平時被忽略的問題造成的負面影響似乎又是我們所難以想像的?！耙匀藶楸?，以車為本”的服務理念究竟在我的服務中體現了多少呢
服務禮儀看似虛無抽象，其實包含在我們每一天的工作中。如何把服務禮儀和日常工作很好的結合起來，至關重要的是職業道德。金教授在服務禮儀中多次講到是公民道德和職業道德，我們的處領導也在大會小會上反復強調職業道德是我們敬業的根本。我們每個人都不是簡單的個體，我們反映的是一個國家，一個民族，一個城市，一個行業的精神面貌和禮貌程度。不要小看我們的工作，可能有些人會認為這份工作沒有什么前途，也很難有大的作為，不要忘了，那些在這個行業做的很優秀的人，他們的工作和我們一樣也是再平凡普通可是了，可是他們就是用奉獻的敬業精神，良好的服務禮儀在平凡的崗位做出了不平凡的業績，成為服務行業，也成為我們學習的典范和楷模，應對他們，我們還會有理由不熱愛我們的工作嗎
做為一名VIP客戶經理，更要嚴格規范自我的服務言行，在今后的工作中，微笑的聆聽客戶的來電，耐心的解答客戶的請求，用一顆健康的心態來應對我們的客戶，用一顆健康的心態來應對自我的工作，用良好的儀容儀表和精神面貌來塑造良好的服務品牌形象，使我們的禮儀禮節和良好的服務能夠給新老客戶留下完美的印象，爭取做到一名優秀的服務人。

我校組織成立青年志愿者服務隊。針對學生進行志愿活動的宣傳，讓更多得人加入到這個隊伍中來。并對加入的學生每人下發青年志愿者證書以及號碼。讓活動系統化，正規化，人性化。
其實剛加入志愿者協會的時候，我們對于志愿者有著許多的懵懂，似乎覺得也就是做點好事那么簡單，其實不是這樣的。每次的活動我都會有不一樣的感悟與收獲；
每次的活動給別人帶去的都是微笑，同時留給自我的也是開心。
針對我們財會系的實際情景，開展了以下活動：迎接新生活動，美化學校，敬老院之行等義務勞動。我系同學都進取參加，用自我的熱情為需要幫忙的人們做一些事，我們感到很光榮。青年志愿者活動的開展增強了大學生的實踐本事和創造本事，實質上反映了當代青年助人為樂、甘愿奉獻的時代風貌和精神風貌，全系的志愿者在校團委和系領導的帶領下，發揚助人為樂的優良品質，使我系的志愿者活動走向新的輝煌。
大學階段，是我們人生的重要里程碑，我們不僅僅應當努習書本知識，更應投身社會實踐，組織青年志愿者，進取參加社會服務，是提高自我，鍛煉自我的有效途徑。從社會需要上來講，社會需要我們的奉獻，需要友愛，這是當代大學生肩負的歷史使命，也是應具備的起碼素質。
回顧我們在志愿者活動中的點點滴滴，付出的是真實的行動，給予的是真正的幫忙，收獲的是內心的感動，當然沒有最好的，僅有更好的，期望我們財會系志愿者協會越辦越好，把那句“讓愛心永存學校，用真情貢獻社會”記在心中，我會時刻牢記自我是個志愿者。
我想我系今后要多舉行一些青年志愿者活動，讓更多的人加入我們，回報社會，奉獻愛心！
